Healthwatch Croydon Annual Report 2025-26

During 2025/26, Healthwatch Croydon listened to hundreds of residents, worked with partners across the borough, and ensured that people’s voices influenced decisions about the services they rely on.

Some key achievements included:

• More than 1,100 people were supported through engagement, feedback and information services.
• 916 residents shared their experiences, helping shape improvements to local health and care services.
• Completed seven research and engagement projects, covering topics including community pharmacy, adult social care, intermediate care and reablement, diabetes care, Community Diagnostic Centres, NHS Online and access to services.
