New VCS funding opportunity launched to boost family support in Haringey

Organisations across Haringey are being invited to apply for a new round of funding from Haringey Community Collaborative aimed at strengthening support for families in the community.
The Family Hubs: Accelerate Fund 2026 has officially opened for applications, offering grants to Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) organisations, local schools, and Parent Teacher Associations (PTAs). The initiative is designed to enhance Family Hubs services and deliver positive outcomes for families across the borough.
Grants ranging from £5,000 to £10,000 will be awarded, with priority given to smaller organisations with an annual turnover of £250,000 or less. Projects can either build on existing successful initiatives or introduce new ideas that align with Family Hubs objectives.
Successful applicants will be selected by a community panel made up of local residents, experts, and stakeholders. Awardees will have six months to deliver their projects and will receive tailored support from Haringey Community Collaborative to help strengthen their impact.
Each funded project will conclude with a showcase event, highlighting achievements and sharing outcomes with local stakeholders and potential funders.
Applications are open now, with a deadline of Friday 15 May 2026 at 5:00pm. Guidance and application materials are available to support prospective applicants in developing strong proposals.
