Reaching and engaging health and social care service users
We run and manage local Healthwatch services in Barnet, Croydon, Haringey and Hounslow, engaging with and capturing patient voices. Highlights from our year included hearing from 2076 people about their experiences of health and social care, providing advice and information to 471 people, publishing eight reports about the improvements people would like to see to health and social care services.
